The Renters' Rights Act 2025 which came into effect on 1st May 2026 is the biggest change in lettings legislation since 1988, with amongst other changes, all ASTs automatically becoming monthly rolling periodic agreements (APTs) and the banning of Section 21 no fault evictions.

Landlord Rent Recovery & Legal Guarantee 
We are able to offer a Rent Guarantee Service through our policy with Homelet to offer:

  • Missed rental payments for up to 24 months
  • Continued cover when vacant possession is obtained for up to three months at 75%
  • Up to £100,000 cover for professional services & claim costs
  • Expert support when you need it most

The Rent Guarantee Service is available for rents up to £3,500 pcm (rents in excess of £3,500 pcm need underwriter approval) on managed properties and can be charged monthly or annually.
