Cosford Mill is part of the 70 acre Millhanger Estate formerly owned by Queen drummer Roger Taylor (part of the building was used as a recording studio). The Mill is Grade II listed and set in large grounds adjacent to a stream and mill pond.
This stunning mill has been restored and converted to provide characterful accommodation comprising four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), sitting room with inglenook fireplace, large dining room with listed mill wheel, kitchen, snug and first floor study/sitting area.
The master bedroom suite is located on one wing of the mill and includes an outside deck (also accessible from outside).
The other side of the mill has three further double bedrooms with beamed ceilings, a family bathroom and a study/seating area.
The mill is accessed via its own private road and has the private use of large grounds including two seating areas, mill streams and steps up to the mill pond. The grounds are not enclosed, so tenants with dogs should be aware that they would be able to wander onto the grounds of Millhanger and the neighbouring farmland.
Millhanger has large stables and use of the stables could be negotiated separately.
Rental is inclusive of all bills and council tax. The property is beautifully furnished - linen, towels and crockery can also be supplied. The owners may be able to remove some of the furniture if required.
The property is available for a 3 month to 6 month tenancy or there is a possibility of a 12 month tenancy with a 6 month break clause.
A walk through video tour will be available.
Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to a pets premium of up to £100 pcm.
The property and its grounds are not suitable for young children.
