Landlords

We are an independent agency specialising in lettings and property management for investment and non-investment landlords within the executive homes sector.

All service are in-house, with the client having only one point of contact to ensure competent management of your property/ies.

We will advise you and guide you through your obligations under the Housing Act, Building Regulations 2000, Health & Safety etc.

Tenants

References and credit checks will be taken upon application for a property via Homelet Referencing Service (at charge to the tenant).

Rents are normally quoted on a calender month basis, and generally do not include water rates, council tax or gas/electric (or other utility) services unless specified.

A security deposit will be required prior to occupation - this is normally equal to one and a half month's rental.  All deposits are held in a Tenant Deposit Scheme/bonded insurance.

Other cost: As well as the referencing costs, rental (in advance) and security deposit,  you will have to pay adminstration/tenancy costs and may have to pay an Inventory check-out fee.

All costs will be clearly given to tenants prior to applying for a property.
