Executive Residential Property Letting & Management

Regency Lettings & Property Management was formed in 1996 by Valissa Burnett.

Prior to which Valissa was a Senior Lettings Manager  for a nationwide leading estate agency and lettings group.

Regency Lettings & Property Management is a small independent agency offering a bespoke service to a small portfolio of clients with executive properties within the Weybridge, Walton, Esher, Cobham and Woking area.

All services are in-house, with a single point of contact for clients and tenants - ensuring efficient management throughout.

Being a small independent agency, clients and tenants are (in emergencies) able to reach Valissa out of hours.   On one occasion tenants arrived home at 10pm to discover a fire at the rear of the property (which destroyed the electrical circuits/fuse board), after telephoning 999 the tenants managed to contact Valissa who within hours had a contractor and electrician on site; by the following evening electricity was restored and arrangements were put into place for repair and redecoration.

Regency Lettings & Property Management only manage executive type rental properties which are presented to an extremely high standard.  Prospective clients must be willing to carry out any work necessary to bring a property up to standard.  Valissa strongly believes that a quality property will attract not only a good rental price, but will also attract tenants who will keep the property in the same good order throughout their tenancy.  Testament to this is that fact that many of Valissa's properties have been tenanted by the same people for five or more years.
