Regency Lettings & Property Management was formed in 1996 by Valissa Burnett.

Prior to which Valissa was a Senior Lettings Manager covering Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Esher and Woking for a nationwide leading estate agency and letting group.

Regency Lettings & Property Management is an independent agency offering a bespoke service mainly within the Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Esher, Long Ditton, Cobham and Woking/Guildford areas.

Tenant find, rent collection and management services are all in-house, with a single point of contact ensuring efficient management throughout. Leading referencing and specialist insurance company Homelet are used for references and credit checks.

Being a small independent, an out of hours service is available for both Tenants and Landlords alike.

Regency Lettings & Property Management specialise in the management of executive rental properties which are always presented to an extremely high standard.  Valissa strongly believes that a quality property will attract not only a good rental price, but will also attract tenants who will keep the property in the same good order throughout their tenancy.  Testament to this is the fact that many of Regency’s properties have been tenanted by the same tenants for five or more years.
